Acceptable Use Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
Template — not legal advice. This page documents Dropsera's own legal information as accurately as currently possible. Bracketed placeholders, where still present below (e.g. [COURT_JURISDICTION]), mark facts not yet finalized. Have this reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it for real payments.
This policy applies to your use of the Dropsera platform itself — the account, dashboard, and API you use to run analyses and generate stores. It supplements our Terms of Service, which cover suspension/termination for violations of it.
You may not use Dropsera to:
- Do anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that facilitates fraud.
- Distribute malware, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform or its users.
- Attempt to steal, phish for, or otherwise obtain other users' credentials or account access.
- Send spam or phishing content, whether through the platform or via generated stores.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Dropsera's own website or application data without our written permission — this is separate from the product-analysis feature itself, which is meant to fetch third-party product pages.
- Abuse our API, automate requests beyond documented limits, or otherwise bypass rate limits, credit limits, or paywalls.
- Probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure, or attempt to disrupt service availability for other users.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
- Use generated stores to sell counterfeit goods, products that are illegal in your target market, or content otherwise prohibited by these Terms.
Enforcement
Violating this policy can result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion and proportionate to the violation, per our Terms of Service.
