The site does not publish editorial news content.
Dispute resolution
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently shut down on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts new cases — we do not link to it, as doing so would be misleading.
We are not obligated to, and at this time do not, participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
